Color Pallet Disappears After Import

Hello everyone,

I was working on a few projects last night and when I import or load them there is no color pallet. Just shows my artwork with all its color and on the right side shows the Add Layer [+] and all my layers.

Any idea how to fix this? I tried it with multiple different pallet sizes and loading a new file several with different color pallets.
