Pixel Art Marble Race Qualifiers

The Lospec Official Semiprofessional Pixelart eSport Conglomeration is officially opening applications for entries into qualifying matches of their first ever event: Pixel Art Marble Races. Competitors with the highest number of wins in qualifying rounds will participate in the official Lospec Pixel Art Marble Race Tournament, the winner of which will receive eternal fame and glory. Matches will be recorded and released online for your viewing pleasure. If you would like to sponsor a competitor in the tournament, please read application rules below.

ENTRY RULES

• Artists may sponsor up to 3 competitors per event
• Each competitor consists of 1 sprite
• Only one competitor per sponsor will be entered per race
• Names and sprites must be SFW
• You grant Lospec to use any sprites/names submitted however they see fit.

SPRITE RULES

• CANVAS - 16x16 pixels exactly, transparency required, no animation
• PALETTE - Only colors from https://lospec.com/palette-list/finale-53
• THEME - Marbles will physically be a circle no matter what, but the sprite can vary in shape, just try to stay somewhat close. They can be based on your avatar or anything you like, but the actual sprite must be newly created by you. You may want to start with the template attached at the bottom.

Submissions are allowed until the last qualifying round is finished, but there will be more in the future too.
