made 2 silly sprites, but i feel like something is missing

How can i make them bigger? :((( without having to remake them.

seems like a good start. I think the main thing you should focus on next time is the color: first, try only using a few shades for each color. the coffee for example has way more than you need. Second make sure each shade is very different from the others around it so they can be easily seen: from afar you can only really tell the mushroom has 2. If you make the shadows darker, that would be better.
