    RE: Sir? Your drink.

    alright, so two changes:
flipped the face (in effect, made lighting consistent)
added 3 new colors. Still kept the original palette for the bottom version

    Sir? Your drink.

    Sir?

Was originally going for fan-art, but then I got caught up drawing this face. Was going to stop there, but I wanted to push the palette a little further.suffering.png

RE: "What are you listening to" thread

Frums's stuff is amazing. I don't know how, but they're really catchy to me (especially the ones they've composed for competitions). It's probably their use of glitched voices and snippets of sentences that really works for me. Linked below is Options, something stuck in my head

    Taco Bell hot sauce

On a related note, do you have any favorite condiments or sauces? Bonus points if its restaurant-specific!

Mine is honey mustard, because of its balance of sweet, savory, and sour.

RE: How do you go about making your palettes

1st: What feeling do I want from my palette? Something bold? Muddy? Vibrant? I look for a direction to go.
2nd: What does it actually look like, using it? I might test it out and find that while a ramp looks fine, its colors might not work exactly well in context. Adjust, adjust, adjust!

RE: Find any cool games recently?

Swords of Ditto is an RPG I've been playing recently. The map is random but the "biomes" aren't, and there are set locations too.
I've also been playing Unstable and Unstable Engineer, which are free puzzle games (The latter has an extended version, though the base game is already filled with puzzles).
Another puzzle-game series is the 5-Step Steve series, (A third game is in the works, acting as a part two). It makes surprisingly excellent use of its mechanics
Finally, I've been getting into Egg Inc., an idle game about running an egg farm empire.

    RE: The "Introductions" Thread

Hey, CasualJoe. Amateur pixel-artist, a lurker, and kinda-busy student. I'm also a video-gamer, which is probably taking up time spent actually drawing. If you needed to know one thing about me, it's that I like drawing guns in pixel-art.
Don't really dabble in social media right now, but I'm pretty active on Discord.
