i want to ask how to make pixel art like waneella?

maybe most of the people here already know who waneella is. this is an example of his work.

So, what is the name of the pixel art style that he uses? and how to learn to draw places like that, do you guys know any sources to learn to draw like this? it's okay to share it with me, because honestly I'm just not very good at painting purely from my brain without having to copy other people's work.
